Eastern Valley Electric (EVE) is a growing multi-family electrical contractor based out of Chilliwack, BC that services Langley, to Harrison. Since their inception in 2016, EVE has grown from a few electricians to a larger team of 15+ team members. Led by Andrew Morgan and Ben Dundass, they’ve grown EVE to become a respected multi-family electrical contractor in the Fraser Valley space, known for both their attention to detail, quality work, and speed.
The Scope
We were asked to lead a DISC Facilitation session with their team with the purpose of equipping all employees with a understanding of the DISC personality types, to improve communication, culture and understanding among the team.
The Challenge
To create a session that both challenged and engaged all members of the company, regardless of their previous interactions with personality assessments, age, experience, or place in the company.
With countless multi-family projects under their belt, Eastern Valley was looking for a way to further develop their internal culture of learning and collaboration.
