Below are a few examples of packages which our clients commonly use. Next to each of these are notes about the deliverables and factors in cost. All prices are plus GST.
Half Day of Photos

Deliverables: 20-30 edited photos
- This includes TG coming out to one site locally, and spending half a day photographing your team and work.
- This is a great first-time product! If you want to find out what TruGrit is like to work with and get some high-quality photos for your website and socials, we recommend starting with this product.
Full Day of Photos

Deliverables: 30-50 edited photos
- This includes TG coming out to a few different sites locally, and spending a whole day photographing your team and work.
- This is also a great first-time product!
4 Reel Video Package
$2,200
Deliverables: Four 1-minute or less Reels for socials
- Two Reels with interviews of employees
- Two Reels with B-roll video and music
- This includes TG coming out to one site locally, and spending half a day videoing your team and work.

- Pre-production planning with TG, storytelling focused.
- This includes TG spending two days with your team, videoing across your sites and interviewing your staff.

Site Profile Video Deliverable
$2,900
Deliverable: One high-production storytelling video taking a deep dive on a project, service, client testimonial, etc
- Pre-production planning with TG, storytelling focused.
- This includes TG coming out to one site locally, and spending a whole day videoing your team and work.

DISC Personality Coaching Session
$800
TG will attend your company team day and perform a DISC personality coaching session
- This includes a local half day session.
- Length is approximately 90 mins.
- This is an excellent first-time option for anyone considering coaching with TruGrit! You get to meet Dylan, and your team will come away from it with a greater understanding of each other.

Pricing Factors:
- Number of Deliverables, and Length: The more deliverables, the higher the price. The longer each of these is, the more editing and filming needed to pull it off.
- Efficiency of Production Day: If you as a company can be more organized when TG shows up, we can either attend more locations, or have a shorter production day.
- Interviews with Staff? Or Voice Over? Or Background Music? Your choice of audio in the background affects production and editing time. The best option is if your staff sit down for “talking head” style interviews. This is the best way to connect with your viewers.
- Drone work can be a small or significant expense based on your proximity to local airports and location. The addition of drones in our work can be anywhere from $300-1000.
- Local vs Out-of-Town: Local for TG is anywhere in the Coastal BC area, from Vancouver, to Hope. Whistler, Kelowna, Calgary, and Victoria are all examples of out-of-town work, with varying costs associated with each of those. The addition of out-of-town work can be anywhere from $200-1000+.
